From the moment we were born as an association we saw the importance of joining forces, that together we will be stronger and we will be able to advance faster. For this reason we try to join other associations, entities or companies in order to achieve progress in the fight against gender violence and help as many women as possible.

En el curso se habló del concepto de violencia de género, los diferentes tipos de violencia en los que se manifiesta. La violencia de género como un problema de salud pública. El ciclo de la violencia de género. Estrategias de prevención para la formación de profesionales. Detección de la violencia de género por el profesional sanitario. La consulta de enfermería en medicina como lugar privilegiado para detectar una víctima de violencia de género. El marco legal para los sanitarios y la obligación de activar el protocolo. Los programas de registro que existen en sanidad y el resto de protocolos y planes de actuación. Nuestra Delegada Noelia María Palencia Molina dio a conocer a nuestra entidad, los diferentes campos de trabajo en los que nos movemos, los recursos de los que disponemos para ayudar a las víctimas tanto a nivel nacional como a nivel de la comunidad y los proyectos que estamos desarrollando actualmente. Explicó detalladamente diversas aplicaciones que ponemos a disposición de las víctimas, como Burovoz y Vi2gen, y en el proyecto que seguimos trabajando junto con la Universidad de Extremadura denominado DAC o Proyecto Alma. Explicó la labor que desarrollan la psicóloga y el abogado del que disponemos en Castilla la Mancha, y la importancia del registro, como se dijo a lo largo del curso ,de todos los datos que que se puedan reunir, cuando una mujer acude en numerosas ocasiones con diferentes dolores y no son capaces de averiguar de dónde proceden... También dio pautas de cómo se puede detectar la existencia de un caso de violencia de género en una persona que tenemos alrededor. Por otro lado también dio su propio testimonio como víctima de violencia de género, explicando cada tipo de violencia que sufrió y las consecuencias de no tomar decisiones ni dar el paso de salir de ella, sobre todo por el pensamiento erróneo de que es mejor mantener a los hijos con su padre, haciendo un flaco favor a nuestros hijos manteniendo esa situación ya que al final son también víctimas de la situación.
